Fashola Hosts New Chief of Army Staff, Urges Military To Defend Nation's Democracy

Jul 22, 2014 - Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola (SAN), Tuesday charged the Military in the country to always do everything possible to protect and nurture the nation's budding democracy to enable it grow and benefit all Nigerians.

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola SAN (M) cutting the ribbon to switching on the Carter Bridge Road light Public lighting from Idumota to Iddo Ijora Olopa, Mainland Bridge, Adeniji, Ebute Ero and Ofin brightly lit up last night shortly after the brief switching on ceremony of the Public Light infrastructure performed by the Governor. With him are: Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat (2nd L), his Energy and Mineral Resources counterpart, Engr.
